That consistency is our brand: Uchi is Uchi, in our cafe or in yours. It is why we are still standing in a crowded market, and it is the one thing we ask our partners to protect.
We do not just ship product. Every partnership includes training for your team, on site or suited to the location, and the right equipment.
We are building a new wave of baristas, trained on matcha with the same craft coffee was built on. Your team becomes part of that.
